Common issues
- If password reset email does not arrive, check spam/junk and confirm the email is typed correctly.
- Voice capture requires microphone access, and Speech Recognition access can improve on-device transcription fallback.
- Some captures may be auto-saved when Speakance is confident; you can still edit saved expenses in the ledger.
- Voice and text AI captures have daily usage limits. Manual entry remains available when AI capture is paused.
Account recovery
Use the password reset page if you arrived from a reset email link.
Account deletion
In the iOS app, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently remove your account.
